We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used lashes and adhesives cannot be returned, but our support team is happy to assist with any application concerns.

Return Process

  Choose the specific beauty products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original Glamnetic box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
